The hearing check is run by RNID, the largest charity working to change the world for the UK's 9 million deaf and hard of hearing people.

If you have any questions about your hearing check result, your first port of call should be the RNID Information Line. It's a freephone number and your call will be confidential. The person on the other end of the phone will be happy to explain more about your result, and talk to you about any aspect of deafness, hearing loss or tinnitus.
